A weekend of bubbles Italian style will take place at Idiom on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th November.
Three Prosecco experiences can be enjoyed each day. A separate ticket is required for each session or a day pass valid
for all three sessions can be purchased. Saturday’s sessions will be repeated on the Sunday:
Session 1. ‘PROSECCO BRUNCH’ from 10h-13h – R250 pp
Two course Brunch menu with Prosecco
Starter Buffet (selection of fresh fruit, homemade cereals and yoghurt, croissants and pastries, frittatas,

Session 2. ‘PROSECCO UNPACKED’ Guided Tasting from 12h-14h – R250 pp
Guided tasting of various Proseccos from different producers and areas
Topics covered will include History of Prosecco and introduction to the Glera grape,
How Prosecco is made, Tasting of Xtra Dry vs Brut,
Special Meet the Producer Feature presented by Bellenda from Italy,
Tasting the Crus (Valdobbiadene, Asolo and Cartizze)

Session 3. ‘AFTERNOON APERITIVO’ from 14h-18h – R250 pp
LIVE MUSIC – starring Harry Curtis – performing Italo-American Jazz & Blues
Enjoy a leisurely afternoon on the lawns at Idiom listening to live music with more Prosecco, Aperol Spritz and Bellinis,
and a combination of delicious canapé’s and Italian finger food included in the ticket price

Kids Tickets:
Kids aged 5 to 17 accompanied by their parents will need a kids ticket. Kids under the age of 5 are free.
Kids afternoon entertainment will include a sparkling label design competition for the budding artists, a treasure hunt,
and an afternoon football match for the more active.
