THE RESTAURANT TEAM
At the Idiom Restaurant, we produce a curated selection of Italian and South African fusion dishes, handmade pizza, and delicious desserts, all accompanied by our range of fine wines. Our restaurant team is ably headed up by our GM, Juan van der Westhuizen, who you’ll most likely meet when you join us for lunch. The kitchen is run by head chef Clinton Jacobs who is assisted by his sous chef, Bronwyn Solomon, and the rest of the kitchen team. This incredible group is the heart and soul of the Idiom Restaurant and we’re very proud of the work they do.
